Graphic Design Services
I am a versatile designer that can adapt styles to fit the needs and visual appeal of the client. Whether it is Business Cards or Multi-Page layouts for publications, I can confidently deliver a finished product that is designed with the clients input in an efficient manner. I’m familiar with many custom printing processes if clients are looking for an extra process to make their project stand out from the rest.
Web Design Services
Website Design incorporates lots of different aspects these days and I have the training to design and create a custom user experience for my clients. As well as the design portion of the website I also have the skills to technically create a website that is easily read and indexed by search engines, including organic SEO writing experience so the site will rank correctly and be engaging for the user.
Printing Services
I cater printing services based on the client’s needs. Some only require design and handle printing on their own, while some prefer to have me handle the printing services for them. I work with both local and national printers to provide the best quality output and prices. Depending on your needs I can work with you and your budget to find the best solution for your printing needs.
Customer Experience
I strive to give my clients the best experience I can. I collaborate with clients on their project needs up front and use my experience to guide them through the process with the best options for the desired result. I’m thoughtful and honest and advise them when project ideas may not be as successful or go over budget. Clients appreciate this input and we come up with creative solutions to complete their project.
Online Advertising Management
I have successfully created and managed several online advertising campaigns through the Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms. Working directly with the client I help them plan, manage and deploy ad campaigns working within their budgets and requirements.
Employee Leadership and Management
I have lead and managed a small team of designers which required project scheduling, workload management, creative troubleshooting and technical assistance. The team would regularly collaborate on projects and collectively we would work out creative solutions to client projects.
Project Management
I have managed and overseen numerous design projects that include concept design, client brainstorming meetings, production, vendor organization, specialty print processes, proofing and final delivery. I’ve worked directly with a lot of vendors and pride myself in knowing how to “speak the language” of the design and print industry.
Packaging Design
I have worked with several clients that need to package products for their wholesale, retail and shipping needs. I have created several different original dielines for custom packaging solutions and have worked closely with industry professionals to develop the correct packaging solution for each unique project.
Prepress and File Correction
y experience includes pre-flighting customer supplied files and troubleshooting them to work correctly for different production processes. I have a wealth of knowledge on how to fix and correct poorly submitted files and the ability to correct most of these problems without having to send them back to the creator. Many companies I’ve worked with find this service beneficial and saves them time and costs if I can fix the problem quickly.
Print Management
For years I operated, maintained and managed several high end Xerox and Epson digital production printers. I coordinated the service technicians for any repairs needed when they were above my ability to fix.
Server and Email management
I oversee and maintain the email system for our company as well as maintain the company file management system. I have implemented new email systems using Google Workspace and successfully migrated an entire old email archive into Gmail’s interface.
